Process Feedback uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a widely used human verification tool, to protect the service and its data from bots. Occasionally, Turnstile mistakes a real person for a bot.

Why we use human verification

Process Feedback is designed to be easy to reach. Students and teachers can use it without creating an account, signing in, or sharing any personal information, which keeps it fast, private, and classroom-friendly.

That openness also makes the service a target for bots, spammers, and anyone trying to abuse it or harvest data. Turnstile is one of the lightest and most privacy-respecting ways to confirm that the people using the service are real. It protects user data and keeps access fair for everyone.

We know it is frustrating when verification fails, especially when you are just trying to learn or teach. This protection is what lets us keep Process Feedback free and open without compromising on safety.
